The Opportunity  

All 2024 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. 

What You’ll Do  

The Program Manager intern will work across all business functions, designing improvement strategies, implementing new operations, and supporting the execution of the company’s goals within the Digital Transformation Program. As a program manager reporting into this team, you will: 

  • Drive project delivery process with key contributors to help handle scope. 

  • Build efficiency in communication and development process and guide the team to use project delivery processes to scope work effectively. 

  • Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as key internal initiatives. 

  • Work on exciting and relevant projects within the overall group. 

  • Keep a pulse across all facets, transfer knowledge and the connect dots with appropriate team members across various functions. 

  • Provide data driven status reports for broader audience, including program team members and senior leadership while identifying, highlighting, and providing solutions to exposure and risk on the program. 

  • This is a very multi-functional program and will interlock with teams from security, engineering, privacy, and many other internal partners.  

What You Need to Succeed 

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related field is a plus). 

  • 0-2 Number of years of experience in Technical Program Manager type role. 

  • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – includes excellent reporting and forecasting skills. Attention to detail is essential. 

  • Analytical Thinking - capable of harnessing quantitative and qualitative data, you’re a born analytical problem solver who has experience of designing and implementing frameworks to unstructured problems. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to come up with innovative solutions to tackle difficult problems. 

  • Be proficient in excel skills with ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets, and financial or accounting experience to include analysis, auditing, budgeting, and resource allocations.  

  • Cross-functionality - a good understanding of the cross-functionality of business units – this will allow you to identify and prioritize areas for operational transformation, as well as create new business solutions.  

  • Experience of agile software development practices. 

  • Effective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, hardworking, aggressive, and willing to be hands on

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
