Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
• Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Blue Prism RPA Developer Accreditation and experience;
Solution design and creation of associated documentation;
Reviewing solution design ensuring object re-use is adhered to by Developers and undertaking quality assurance on pod output;
Distribution of workload to their development resources;
Building complex processes and objects where required;
Mentoring Developers and up-skilling developers where required;
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day building of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required to the business;
Facilitating UAT;
Creation of the Operational Handbook and supporting the Controller during Deploy and reviewing these documents;
Assessing and implementing change requests as part of a structured change control process;
Policing experience

• Programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
