The Salesforce Enterprise Architecture team at Salesforce is looking for talented, curious, and passionate individuals, who excel at Business Strategy and architecting business outcomes, to partner with our customers and Sales teams on articulating how digital transformations with Salesforce Solutions will realize business outcomes for our customers.

During the internship, you will work closely with our Account Directors, Solution Engineers, and Business Value Services teams to realize the vision of our customer executives. You will be partnering with Salesforce customer-facing enterprise architects in the sales organization to define the future state vision, architecture, and roadmaps to realize our Customer’s digital transformation. Additionally, you will collaborate with our customer-facing
Enterprise Architects to further enhance the Salesforce 7-step Enterprise Architecture methodology as a mechanism for selling multi-cloud, multi-product solutions. You will also play a lead role in defining Salesforce Enterprise Architecture to capture and measure the effectiveness of this sales methodology process and operationalize it with our pilot set of customers. More specifically, this role will entail the following:

  • Partnering with Sales teams to deliver the best digital transformation guidance and recommendations for our customers
  • Understanding Salesforce customers’ business strategies and challenges
  • Acquiring working knowledge of IT systems, business processes & stakeholder experiences they deliver
  • Building compelling digital transformation narratives to justify “Why Salesforce and Why Now?”
  • Bringing your full and authentic self to work every day!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and operationalize the customer digital transformation framework process by collaborating with Enterprise Architects, Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Business Value Specialists, and Solutions Leadership.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce customer-facing Enterprise Architects in customer Digital Transformation engagements and create high-quality CEO & BoD level deliverables.



REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or MIS
  • Current 1st year MBA student (Spring 2025 grad)
  • 5 years or more of professional experience, ideally in Information Technology, Solution Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Ability to create thorough, accurate, impactful, and compelling Business Transformation narratives through story-telling and compelling visuals.
  • Must be a high-energy self-starter with creative, attentive, organized tendencies with a high degree of comfort owning and running initiatives in a start-up paced enterprise software company.
  • Ability & comfort in working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, and Business Value Services.
  • Strong comfort and confidence in facilitating and presenting to executive audiences. Executive presence and confident objection handling are a must.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and moving initiatives forward by defining answers to unresolved open questions.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines
