Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is a temporary supplemental position for 2 months, with the possibility of extending an additional 2 months.
The work includes:

- Answering calls and returning calls to resolve participant inquiries and concerns.
- Drafting responses to emails to resolve participant inquiries and concerns.
- Monitoring a SLACK channel to answer participant inquiries and address concerns.
- Reviewing materials to become a subject matter expert on changes being announced.
- Attend a daily call to bring forward any questions or concerns that cannot be answered. Obtaining additional support to resolve participant issues.
- Tracking issues to resolution.

• Experience demonstrating empathy to employees
• Ability to accurately explain terms and conditions of benefits offerings
• Ability to address employee concerns in a professional manner
• Ability to de-escalate frustrated callers.
