Job Description

We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our lifecycle marketing team to run top-of-funnel awareness and product education programs. You will scale and optimize proven marketing channels while also contribute to a culture of experimentation and learning. You revel in creative development and can draw from past experiences developing copy and visuals, either yourself or guiding agency partners. You will be responsible for curating and building long lasting relationships with content creators (“influencers”) that meet the business needs of Alexa Smart Home and our partners. You will define the influencer marketing strategy and develop scalable processes around Influencer campaign management, while ensuring our content creators drive brand awareness and consideration. You will also be expected to build relationships with external partner stakeholders as well as the influencers that we have chosen to work with, to not only grow our own business goals but to also foster authentic growth and collaboration within their own communities.

The content you create must tell relatable, authentic stories that bring Alexa + smart home features to life, and inspires new customers adoption and existing customer expansion. You know how to be scrappy but can also operate as part of a larger team and business. You will have a larger view of our influencer campaigns and media landscape as a whole, but also able to keep track of all of the details around asset management and data gathering. The role requires "outside the box" thinking balanced with a strong customer, operational, and creative focus. This includes new ways of thinking about marketing measures and how to link your campaigns to key output measures like sales and engagement. And while you are not a measurement expert, you have a curiosity for analytics and are willing to roll up your sleeves to create new measurement capability and influence others in this space.

Join a rapidly growing team filled with opportunity to both deliver on new ideas as well as scale your impact.
