The Opportunity
Motion Assets Moderator
The Adobe Stock is seeking a highly motivated Digital Production Associate to support the Adobe Stock’s motion templates collection. This position will lead the day-to-day processes and performance metrics for our growing collection, quality control, and ingestion of our library of extended asset types.
As a Production Associate, your primary objectives are to maintain production standards and quality control of motion templates (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and MoGRTs) and evaluate these assets for functionality, overall quality, and technical execution in context of Adobe’s unique standards.
What you'll Do
- Working closely with team lead to ensure uploaded content meets Adobe standards and functionality
- Performing quality assurance checks of After Effects & Premiere Pro templates and MoGRTs to ensure functionality, market readiness and compliance with Adobe Stock standards
- Working with Business Development lead, providing relevant feedback to Adobe Stock contributors
- Identifying and advocating for process and tooling improvement for production and systems to increase efficiency and drive scale
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in video production, post-production, motion design, or creative content moderation
- Proficiency in motion graphics applications such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, grading and similar applications
- Experience creating motion graphics templates
- Motivated, high-performance with ability to proactively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast paced and collaborative environment!
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and proven ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ideal but not required knowledge of scripting, related plugins and working with expressions
- Experience in content creation and production workflows and asset management tracking
- Strong curatorial abilities and visual quality evaluation skills
- Good to have, but not required solid understanding of: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign applications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is TBD annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
