The opportunity

We are looking for Assistant / Associate Director - Program Manager who will be responsible for performing the activities related to project coordination. As a part of a team, you will coordinate with consistent, high-quality services to key stakeholders across verticals / business segments.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Drive medium- and long-term strategy project / program across various verticals.
• Own and deliver projects of key initiatives which could involve building narratives to drive internal conviction and backing them up with data to validate or negate hypotheses.
• Identify and activate new partnerships across tools, platform, system that can drive efficiency for us in the GTM and improve stake management.
• Manage projects with strong organizational skills, would be required to support a PM on the following tasks;
  • Monitor Project Triple constraints - Time, Cost & Scope; to ensure completion of project deliverables.
  • Organize and Manage project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners
  • Manage project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule.
  • Ensure that tasks are delivered as per committed deadlines (SLA/KPIs)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 12 + years of corporate experience for Assistant Director and 15 + years of experience of Associate Director. With 10+ years of core PM domain experience
• Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
• Leading high value / large scope projects as a PM
• Proven experience in building strong relationships at Senior management / Executive level
• Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
• Demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering results through cross-functional teams, in a highly matrixed environment.
• Flexible to Support US/ EMEIA and APAC time zone

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge in PMBOK concepts
• Knowledge in Project Management tools
• Be proficient in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
• Knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc

 

Technologies and Tools

• Proficient in MS Project / Planner/ Word / PowerPoint / Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
• Azure DevOps exposure (desirable)
