Skills and attributes for success
•    Should have experience with Business consulting assignments at least one or more in sales, service, marketing domains.
•    Ability to drive and own client interviews and associated deliverables. Deliverables will be primarily process design and documentation as well as requirement writing (epics) 
•    Knowledge of at least 1 of following capability areas (both preferred) 
o    Lead-Cash 
o    Order-Support 
•    Flexible working time as needed for interviews. In the initial months a flexible working schedule will be expected as we conduct interviews with stakeholders. Time zones will primarily be in US PST and CST time-zones but there will be exceptions across IST and EMEA.
•    Background with Visio, LucidChart or similar type of process documentation tool. 

Ideally you´ll also have:

•    Able to design sales / service/ pricing strategy & roadmap, Operating model
•    MSFT Dynamics experience or Salesforce experience as those are the respective target and source systems.
