Enablementのプロフェッショナルとして、担当部門のビジネスパフォーマンス向上と目標の達成を支援するために、戦略的なEnablement計画を策定し、各種ステークホルダーの協力を得ながら成果を出せる組織にするField Enablement Business Partnerを募集します。

Salesforce JapanのEnablementチームはSalesforceの戦略を深く理解し、その実現に必要な能力やスキル、そして実行プロセスと各種ツールを社員に提供しています。Field Enablement Business Partnerは、担当する営業、SE、インサイドセールス、アライアンス、カスタマーサクセス、サービス、サポート部門を成功に導く役割を担っています。本募集はField Enablement の Business Partnerとして、営業部門を担当していただきます。

主な役割と責任:

• ビジネス成果の実現のためのEnablement計画作成

• 担当する営業組織のビジネス状況や課題を分析し、営業マネージャー、ストラテジーチームと連携し、目標達成に資するEnablement戦略と学習体験の計画を策定します。

• 成果実現のコンテンツ作成とトレーニングプログラムのデリバリー:

• Enablement計画に基づき、各部門が持つ専門知識を活用して、営業チームの目標と戦略達成に必要な施策を開発、実行します。

• Enablement施策のPDCA:

• 学習の効果、組織のパフォーマンスデータ、その他のデータソースを分析し、データ駆動のイネーブルメントプランを継続的に改善・調整します。

• 各Enablementチームとの連携:

• グローバルプログラムチームとコーポレートプログラムチームと密接に連携し、Enablementの年次および四半期ごとの計画を最適な状態に調整します。

必要な資格と経験:

• 営業課題に対するEnablement戦略の策定と実行に関する3年以上の経験

• SFA、Salesforceのレポート・ダッシュボードやCRM Analytics、Tableauを使った営業プロセスとデータの分析による営業課題発見スキル

• 営業が見るべき主要KPIの知識と営業オペレーション改善に関する深い洞察力

• 営業エグゼクティブや戦略チームなどの複数の組織をリードし、コラボレーションしてプロジェクトを完遂した経験

• プロジェクト管理とPDCAサイクルの実行に関するスキル

• 優れたコミュニケーションおよびリーダーシップスキル
