Analyst Field Marketing

Looking for the perfect opportunity to join Salesforce's world-class Marketing organization?

Salesforce is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Analyst to join our team! This person will work closely with our Business Development teams (BDRs) across North America to drive shared success. The Salesforce BDRs drive top of the funnel sales activity for a diverse set of industries and this person will be tasked with driving tighter alignment and success with the marketing organization. They will complete various projects such as multi-channel campaign management, reporting, event follow-up, communicating success back to stakeholders - and more!
This individual is an innovative problem solver, with experience in developing strategic programs that are targeted, consistent, practical, and coordinated to deliver pipeline and ACV. We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking ownership for the success of their programs and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Analysis and understanding of new business development and reporting of campaign pipeline for efficiency and results.

  • Manage run-rate marketing tools or technology used by the Business Development teams, such as our automated direct mail and personalized gifting solution.

  • Understand the marketing calendar of events, webinars, and activities coming up and promote them to sales teams.

  • Run standing meetings with Business Development leaders and program managers to review marketing activities and understand asks and priorities of sales.

  • Coordinate and build event follow-up plans and materials to deliver to the Business Development teams.

  • Program management of campaign tactics such as segmentation, campaign creation, email programs, digital campaigns, content creation, and similar demand generation tactics.

  • Collaborate across the extended marketing and sales teams to ensure quality and timely demand generation execution, across all internal & external marketing channels.

  • Budget and Vendor Management. Opening purchase requests related to ongoing programs and tracking against a quarterly budget plan.

  • Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with collaborators to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability in a role running and developing integrated marketing campaigns or working directly with Sales/Business Development teams.

  • Standout colleague with a willingness to jump in and help with any project, no matter how small.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.

  • High energy and the ability to balance multiple initiatives/accounts at one time.

  • Track record for delivering results under tight deadlines.

  • Experience managing budgets, allocating & optimizing spend.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data to make performance improvements.

  • Strong communication skills across many channels, including compelling storytelling with PowerPoint/Google Slides.
