Adobe’s Digital Experience Business Unit

Adobe’s Digital Experience Business Unit provides solutions that empower businesses to make, manage, measure, and monetize online, offline, and multichannel business initiatives.

Through the Adobe Experience Cloud which includes our Advertising, Analytics and Marketing Clouds, companies have everything they need to deliver a well-designed, personal and consistent experience to their customers at the right time, regardless of the channel.

The Challenge

The Adobe Customer Experience Maker Intern Program is a 10-week comprehensive program where students will gain hands on experience and real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company.

As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your profile as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.

Please note that the customer engineering team works in night hours from office and the role might require the same from selected interns as well.

Internship program would cover the following areas in Adobe Experience Cloud domain:

  • Customer Experience Journey/Onboarding
  • Knowledge Management
  • Innovation, Strategy & Operations

Job Responsibilities

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

  • Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
  • Weekly work hours 40 hours.
  • A dedicated mentor to oversee the project progress.
  • Engages with customers during the post sales cycle
  • Acts as a customer advocate ensuring all customers’ voices are heard
  • Understand the real-world impact that issues and defects have on customers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business and how best to assist them in using Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions
  • Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
  • Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants.
  • Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work.
  • Design, research, develop, analyze, and suggest new Knowledge management concepts as well as strategies.
  • Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
  • Contribute and influence strategic direction for senior leadership using informal and formal communication.

Program Qualifications:

  • Current students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduating in 2025
  • Evidence of strong academics, cumulative GPA of 7.0 or above
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking.
  • Ability to partner across the organization.
  • Sound Communication skills.

 

  • Customer Focused approach.
  • Professional approach all company/project related information to be kept confidential
  • Working Knowledge of Web technologies especially JAVA/J2EE (e.g., coding, garbage collection tuning, heap dump & thread dump analysis) and JavaScript, Content Management Systems (CMS), website architecture •Working Knowledge in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, Apache & IIS
  • Working knowledge of different OS including WIN, UNIX, LINUX, Solaris
  • Knowledge of one or more database platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) is required.
  • Knowledge with web services APIs, database connectors, SOAP
