The primary role of the Senior Financial Analyst will be to manage and provide financial modeling for benefits and taxes across all functions & regions, collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial support to the Employee Rewards organization (employee benefits & taxes (B&T) and compensation plans) & manage and lead any F&S projects that may present themselves in the future. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for the Rewards leadership team to ensure optimal returns on strategic investments and benefit decisions. 
 
This position will report to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.
Ideally, the candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual with an operational improvement approach that focuses on financial accuracy and data driven insight.
 
Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with key business partners and cross functional teams
- Manage forecasting and close processes (monthly and quarterly forecasts, scenario modeling)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk and communicating key messages to management
- Build detailed financial, scenario based models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives
- Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings
- Continue to drive operational improvement and scalability by developing repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key partners
- Ability to independently address new analytical requests: gather needed data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present summarized results in a compelling manner.
- Engage with other Finance teams to understand key B&T drivers or differences in business models as applicable.
- Ability to take-on and lead F&S projects (as required)
- Create and drive business insights through data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
 
Required Experience / Skills:

- Bachelor's degree required, ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred
2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience building financial and decision support models, along with good analytical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines and to produce quality work in an organized, timely and efficient manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and with remote management and business partners
- Microsoft Excel & G-suite expertise essential
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way & present them effectively
- Intellectual curiosity, fueled by a proactive approach to continuously expand one’s skills
- Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive
- Experience with the following systems is a plus - Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects, Tableau or other BI tools
- Experience with health & benefits plans and/or equity comp plans and/or project management is a plus
