Salesforce is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our global Data Cloud Programs function. You will be a key member of the Data Strategy & Governance team with a proven track record in advanced data segmentation, utilising both Data Cloud as well as third party intelligence to create optimised audiences for campaigns. Experience in data management and deployment is a key component for this role as is strong communication. You will be part of a fast-moving, passionate team that supports world-class marketing demand generation programs using the power of Data Cloud. You will work closely with data specialists, Field Marketing and Sales Development teams to formulate strategic data programs that accelerate growth with high quality data.

 

Responsibilities include:

Develop towards being the Data Cloud expert with a deep understanding of data structures and sources, and how to extract maximum value from these datasets. Tasked with migrating our current program methodology to a scaled up data-driven approach using Data Cloud.

Expert in advanced segmentation strategies to optimise campaign performance, using the right mix of traditional segmentation techniques plus signals, intent and other sources of supplementary information.

Data consultant to the business, advising on best practices and data solutions for business challenges and collaborating with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to support global campaigns, capturing project requirements, creating data solutions as well as tracking KPIs and reporting results.


Data operations support to ensure our audiences are accurate and a good representation of our most important TAM. Maintaining and organizing our most important audiences to ensure they are accurate, accessible and easily traceable throughout their Salesforce journey.

Designing and delivering strategies to improve data accuracy and TAM coverage is essential to continue meeting the demands of our growing business. 

Required:

5 years+ experience in a data centric role with a deep understanding of first and third-party data management, harmonized single-source of truth and data deployment.

Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, analysis and data manipulation. Proficient user of Tableau, Excel, and other data manipulation tools

Deep understanding of our foundational data structures including Companies, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities and beyond

Experience analysing large-scale customer databases and evaluating results of marketing campaigns

Experience working in a dispersed global marketing organisation

Excellent communication skills

Desired:

Highly proficient with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation solutions

Experience using Data Cloud and AI tools for data analysis and segmentation

Previous B2B marketing experience
