职位介绍：

财务分析员将为上海迪士尼度假区的业务运营进行分析并提供财务支持。

 

工作内容：

• 支持公司长期经营计划、全年经营预算和月度滚动预测的制定分析，为业务部门顺利完成收入、成本、人力和运营支出的预算目标提供持续的建议和方案；
• 持续跟进分析业务部门的业绩表现，迭代更新常规业绩分析报告，在该过程中核验各渠道汇集的数据，提出有建设性的问题并加以解决，并在各类会议中进行报告演讲；
• 作为业务部门或特定业务领域的财务联络人，支持该业务线在财务领域的日常运作，包括但不限于处理运营中出现的财务类需求、协调会计账务处理、采购和合同审批、供应商评分、协调财务相关的多部门沟通等；
• 参与业绩表现分析、投资回报分析、商业谈判策略研究、 成本效率提升、利润机会挖掘等项目，在直线经理的指导下建立和维护财务分析模型，以清晰，简洁和结构化的方式撰写分析报告，为关键业务决策提供策略性、有价值的见解，实现公司业绩增值；
• 在商业需要时，提供其他的财务分析和财务支持。

 

我们希望您：

• 硕士学历，并拥有外企财务领域1年及以上工作经验，或者本科学位并拥有外企相关领域2年及以上工作经验; 相关领域包括项目财务，运营财务，财务或商业计划分析，财务报告，财务管理与控制和会计；
• 商业或财务相关领域学术成绩拔尖，学习了大量财务课程；​
• 善于协调沟通，在公司层面以简洁、积极地方式传递关键信息；
• 责任心强，能在规定时限内处理多项任务，自主准确地行使责任；
• 熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模，具有问题解决和关键性思维技能；
• 逻辑思维能力强，关注细节；
• 书面和口头沟通能力强，具有分析数据并诠释数据的能力；
• 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门，在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作；
• 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件 (如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Tableau)，熟识财务系统(如：SAP)，能够快速学习和运用新技能和系统；
• 中英文口头和书面均流利；
• SAP或其它财务或ERP系统经验 (譬如Longview, Business Objects) ；
• 预算管理和精益管理相关知识或经验。

Job Summary:

Financial Analyst supports the business operations by providing analytical, financial, and business support to Shanghai Disney Resort.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasting cycles, provide suggestions and action plans to lines of business to meet the budget of revenue, cost, labor and operating expense;
• Continuously analyze the business performance of the line of business; improve and deliver regular business performance reports while validate collected data, ask constructive questions and solve problems, and present the reports in multiple meetings;
• Support the operation of line(s) of business or specific business area as the key contact person, including but not limited to handling the finance related requests, coordinating accounting journal entries, reviewing contracts and purchase requests, preparing vendor score cards, coordinating cross department communication for finance related issues;
• Be involved in projects of performance review, investment return, commercial negotiation tactics, cost efficiency improvement, profit opportunities identification, build up financial models under the instruction from your line manager; write analysis reports in a clear, concise, and structured manner; provide strategic and value-added insights to support key business decisions and contribute to company’s profit growth;
• Ad hoc analysis work and support for other business requirements.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related field and 1 year experience or longer in a multi-national corporation (MNC) experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years or longer  relevant experience in project finance, operations finance, financial or business planning, financial reporting, financial management and controlling, accounting;
• High academic achievement with major in a business or finance-related field with significant finance coursework;
• Demonstrated partnering and communication skills, convey key elements at the organizational structure level in a concise and positive manner;
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple priorities within the specified time limit, and take responsibility autonomously and accurately;
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, with demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills;
• Demonstrated logical thinking skills with attention to detail;
• Refined written and verbal communication skills, with ability to analyze and interpret data;  
• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company;
• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Tableau), with knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques;
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Expert with SAP or other Financial or ERP system (e.g. Longview, Business Objects);
• Knowledge or work experience in budget management or lean management.
