作为技术与数字部门的软件工程师，您将作为团队的一员提供移动应用程序和解决方案。 您将负责帮助领导技术和数字团队所执行的项目的设计和实施。 这是一个技术岗位，需要具有使用和开发复杂的大型移动应用程序的经验。 除了必要的技术技能之外，您还需要与非技术合作伙伴密切合作。

工作内容：

• 您将带领中小型开发团队完成项目的执行及交付；
• 您将负责移动端应用代码的开发以及后端服务进行集成的开发工作；
• 您将负责移动端所有系统解决方案的性能和适用性；
• 您将负责移动端所有解决策略的正常运行和高可靠性；
• 您将与架构师团队一起进行应用改动部分的架构设计，基础库以及基础架构的搭建；
• 您将与内部业务伙伴一起协商和调整项目需求；
• 您需要了解手机应用软件响应以及有效负载优化或者定制的需求；
• 您需要了解持续整合、持续交付的概念，能及时发现或识别项目的风险点和问题；
• 您需要能够与团队成员一起提供长期的技术策略；
• 您需要熟悉敏捷开发的流程，参与分析客户需求，组织Scrum会议，计划每个Sprint的交付内容，以及代码回顾；
• 您需要对直属或者相关团队进行代码复查；

我们希望您：

• 计算机专业本科学历或拥有软件开发相关经验。7年以上Android 应用软件开发经验，至少3年以上手机应用开发经验；
• 拥有扎实的 Java 和Android 手机应用软件的开发技术，拥有手机设备管理的知识和经验，拥有已发布在应用商店的应用软件的开发或发布经验者优先；
• 深刻理解数据模型以及多线性应用软件；
• 精通并使用 GitHub 代码管理工具；
• 拥有RESTful API 类型网页服务的工作经验；
• 熟悉在Hybrid 手机应用开发中使用的JavaScript、WEB 2.0，能够运用框架者优先；
• 在多样化的项目中，拥有分析问题、解决问题、时间管理、逻辑判断，项目沟通和互动的能力；
• 出色的书写、口语、人际交流能力，该职位候选人将跨部门、跨地域、跨时区地与不同部门的同事及合作伙伴一起工作；

Android Developer

Job Summary:

As a Software Engineer for Technology & Digital Department, you will work as part of the team to deliver Mobile applications and solutions. You will be responsible for helping lead the design and implementation of projects executed by the Technology & Digital Team. This is a technical position that requires experience working with and developing complex, large-scale mobile applications. In addition to the necessary technical skills, you will also be expected to work closely with nontechnical partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading small to medium size teams to execute and deliver a project;
• You will be responsible for integrating mobile application code with back-end services;
• You will be responsible for the performance and usability of all solutions of mobile applications;
• You will be responsible for uptime and high availability of all solutions of mobile applications;
• You will coordinate with the Architecture group on the architectural design for the new requirements, or build up the library from fundamental and architectural;
• You will be negotiation and adjust requirements by collaborating with internal business partners;
• You need to understand the need for optimized and customized mobile service responses or payloads;
• You need to understand the concept of continuous integration and  continuous delivery, and be able to identify the risk or problem of the project;
• Be able to offer a long-term technical strategy with team members;
• You need to understand the methodology of Agile Software Development, participate in user stories analytics, organize Scrum meetings, Sprint planning & review, and retrospectives;
• You need to perform  code reviews for immediate or  related teams;
• You need to provide estimates for new initiatives;
• You might be asked to learn new technologies when required;
• You might be asked to participate in  back-end development, as needed;
• You might be asked to provide architectural direction and solutions on behalf of the architecture team.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the software development field. 7+ years of Android mobile application development experience with a minimum of 3 years of mobile application development experience;
• Solid development and technical skills in Java and Android mobile applications, experience and knowledge of mobile device management and published applications to the App Store is preferred;
• Solid understanding of data modeling and multi-threaded applications;
• Proficient in GitHub to do version control and code management;
• Work experience in RESTful API-type web services;
• Familiar with JavaScript and WEB 2.0 applied in the context of Hybrid mobile development, ability to use framework is preferred;
• When working on diverse projects, has the ability to problem diagnose, problem-solving, time management, logical judgment, project communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate requires frequent communication with colleagues and partners in several different geographic locations and time zones;
• Have mentored and guidance skills to provide oversight and direction to contractors or junior members of the team;
• The Has knowledge of Agile software development, as well as the importance of maintainable and sustainable product solutions;
• Confidence, efficiency, decision-maker, and team player.
