You will work in an agile team to deliver solutions that will enable AWS product teams to securely deliver the world’s largest cloud platform. Come build with us!

As a Sr. Product Manager on our team, you will be part of a growing team that has a high bar for product/engineer excellence, minimal technical debt, and several new services to build and improve. You will contribute to solving complex engineering problems as well as business problems. A successful candidate will demonstrate proven product management skills with experience understanding customer needs, building roadmaps and launching features that deliver value for large scale enterprise systems. The candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring clarity and order to ambiguous scenarios. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering services for use by engineers. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are important, as the candidate will frequently work with leadership and colleagues that cross organizational boundaries.

The Product Manager is responsible for complex medium to large scale security products from initiation through delivery. Your focus is on cross-functional products that serve major parts of the business, are business critical, and may be global in nature. You will also support critical relationships with customers, and negotiate agreements with suppliers or other external partners. Partner teams are often geographically dispersed, so some schedule flexibility may be required.

You can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. You are proactive in removing roadblocks, pave the way for innovation, and can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals. You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with engineers and Senior Leaders.
