As a Manager, Project, Revenue Management and Analytics at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will be accountable for driving progress and completion in revenue generation initiatives and projects. You need achieve this goal by successfully partnering with other identified project leaders and resources, as well as key stakeholders within Commercial Organization and cross LOBs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to identify revenue opportunities and quantify the impact with high-level assumptions
• Lead cross functional teams to identify solutions and project manage to implementation for business opportunities, compliance, and efficiency projects.
• Develop business cases and processes, and deliver project presentation to leadership team to drive effective decision making
• Lead the product implementation team to ensure smooth products implementation, provide corrective actions and escalate risks to the leadership team
• Continuously evaluate products to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to strategy/ alignment, and meeting deadlines.
• Gather and analyze the resources and strengths internally and externally, to give supportive information and recommendations to improve the collective efficiency of the Commercial Team
• Other projects

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of project management, in-house consulting and strategic planning experience
• Ability to lead without formal reporting authority
• Business driven mindset and holistic approach
• A quick and strategic thinker with ability to make decisions
• A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment
• Efficient and effective communication skills
• University degree and above. BA degree preferred
• Preferred good knowledge of project management, planning, and work process development
