As a Lead SME, you will be responsible for handling regular operational activities, leading and mentoring the team, fulfilling the contractual delivery requirements for the Security Tools Operations.

Responsibilities

• As a Security and Privacy Consultant, you are responsible for managing day to day operations of Security devices – Web Application Firewall, DDOS Protection, Decoy/Deception Technology, SSLO, Network IPS.
• Work as a Lead SME to see contractual deliveries on track along with providing required reports to management and client
• Coordinate with and act as an authority to resolve incidents by working with other information security specialists to correlate threat assessment data.
• Responsible to review the SOPs periodically
• Ensure the security tools compliance to minimum baseline security standards
• Ensure maintaining the SLAs of Security Tools and Agents

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in handling the Security Solutions.
• Extensive Experience in any 3 Technologies Administration - Web Application Firewall, DDOS Protection, Decoy/Deception Technology, SSLO, Network IPS.
• Experienced with industry recognized Endpoint Security Products like Imperva Onprem WAF, F5 SSLO, Arbor DDOS Protection, Tippingpoint NIPS
• Extensive experience in handling Perimeter Security Products Administration, Incident Handling.
• Experience in handling Agent/App Server Performance issues, Agent Compliance
• Strong understanding of Perimeter Security Threats and Risks
• Experience in creating custom signatures for WAF, NIPS
• Excellent knowledge of latest Threats, Security Controls and Mitigations procedures.
• Proven expertise in handling Enterprise Level Security Threats, Zero-Day Mitigation Procedures, Proactive Monitoring, etc
• Knowledge in defining SIEM Use Case monitoring Requirements
• Good to have experience/knowledge in any products part of Email and Web Security like Email Gateway, Email Anti APT Solutions, Web Gateway/Proxy, Web/Network APT Solutions. Eg: Forcepoint, Symantec, FireEye products

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferably Imperva Onprem WAF, F5 SSLO, Arbor DDOS Protection, Tippingpoint NIP

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
• Knowledge/Experience in any products part of Email and Web Security like Email Gateway, Email Anti APT Solutions, Web Gateway/Proxy, Web/Network APT Solutions. Eg: Forcepoint, Symantec, FireEye products will be a plus
