Adobe's Catalog Management Services team is looking for a senior full-stack engineer who is hardworking with high potential, eager to learn new technologies and to help us design, build and operate our industry leader platform at scale. 

An ideal candidate is a full stack engineer with 7+ years of work experience. You will work closely with other specialists, and product and program managers to build robust systems that deliver the best experience for Adobe's customers.

What you'll do

  • Building world class user interfaces and API surfaces for catalog management across all Adobe's cloud businesses
  • Participating in all aspects of software development activities including design, scoping, coding, code review, unit-testing and bug fixing
  • Working independently on delivering complex functionality
  • Working in cross functional teams to ensure superb end-to-end user experience for our customers
  • Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts and researching recent trends and technologies
  • Mentoring junior developers to help our team reach its maximum potential

What you need to succeed

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven track record as software engineer doing web or thick client development
  • Track record of delivering software releases on time with high quality
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS development
  • Proficient in the use of one or more of NodeJS, Java, and C++

Desired Skills

  • Experience developing with Typescript
  • Experience with React
  • Proficient in Object Oriented analysis and design
  • Comfortable developing in one or more IDEs like VSCode, Eclipse, Xcode
  • Expertise in the use of Java to design and build RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Agile Software Development techniques
  • Experience with Cloud Computing and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $119,000 -- $232,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
