The Opportunity
We are hiring a Channel Operations and Strategy Manager. This role is part of the DME Channel Operations team. Responsible for building return on investment models and financial models for budgeting 3 contra pillars – Resellers, retail, and MDF, and telling the story to all business partners.
Business Objectives
This team is responsible for driving partner strategy and incentive plans to achieve YoY digital media growth goals via Indirect RTM. We are expanding our scope to include retail and marketing spend in addition to resellers, and that drives a need for an excellent candidate who is an expert in financial modeling and storytelling. Objectives are to achieve a 1) smooth, end-to-end process for budgeting and analysis for the budget across these 3 pillars, and 2) establish a better process to collaborate with the partners to drive better value.
This role will require collaboration with sales finance to build budget models for resellers, retail, and MDF. It requires collaboration with regional sales operations to understand market area nuances and ultimately analyze data to tell the right story to sales and ops leaders.

What You'll Do
Build return on investment models for all contra pillars – Resellers, Retail, and MDF
Perform sensitivity analysis
Collaborate with Sales Finance to build budget models for annual planning, updating these models on a quarterly basis
Sizing the costs and benefits of any new incentive idea
Create an APC (business) playbook for all stakeholders
Drive operations of ad hoc/ incremental initiatives mid-year
Collaborate with sales finance and sales leaders to provide updates on budget status, return on investment, and learnings
Develop deep knowledge and expertise in Adobe’s financial and channel reporting tools and metrics
What you need to succeed
5+ years related work experience in B2B environments. Preferably in Channel
MS Finance, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field required
Ability to analyze data and drive insights
Expert at building financial models
Expert in Excel and Power BI
Knowledge of SQL, TM1, and Tableau,
Great energy and the right attitude
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
