The opportunity

We are seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer. This role is responsible for providing diverse operational and administrative support from daily calendar and meeting management to special projects and will play a critical part in driving our efforts to attract, develop and retain outstanding talent across every country and every region where we do business. The ideal candidate will become a critical part of the Employee Experience (EX) team, ensuring the smooth operations of events, metrics, systems, technologies and more. You'll be an organized self-starter that skillfully prioritizes and artfully juggles multiple demands with good judgment and attention to detail. You demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, resourcefulness, timeliness, and ability to anticipate needs with a minimum amount of guidance in a dynamic environment. What you’ll do

  • Calendar management - coordinate all meetings for the EVP, Chief People Officer, including but not limited to team meetings, offsite meetings, board and committee meetings, speaking engagements and meetings with internal and external business partners across global time zones
  • The candidate will understand the nuances of customer etiquette as well as how to engage both internal Adobe Executives and external contacts.
  • Possess a high degree of discretion and confidentiality; exhibit sound judgment in handling sensitive materials
  • Travel planning & support - domestic & international
  • Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices and PO handling with precision
  • Leadership - Partnering with other Executive and Administrative Assistants and the Office of the CPO, you'll create a harmonious support network for our leaders, amplifying their effectiveness.
  • Problem solving – anticipate and resolve challenges with initiative and efficiency; proactively identify ways to improve how we work
  • Project Management skills as well as prioritizing work and balancing several workstreams at a time
  • Partner closely with the IT organization and internal partners in preparation for meetings
  • Coordinate assistance with office space and equipment
  • Maintain organization distribution lists and charts, ability to review data with a keen attention to detail
  • Assists in coordinating and communicating about organization-wide engagement and social events
  • Supports and owns specialist projects on an as-needed basis

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Professional, completely discrete and able to work with highly confidential matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with minimal direction in a very fast-paced environment and apply sound judgment.
  • Great teammate with strong interpersonal skills and partners well, develops and preserves positive relationships across the organization.
  • Reliable and highly accessible. Available in the office during normal working hours and available after hours, as needed.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
  • Remains calm under pressure with strong executive presence.
  • Possesses the ability to strike a balance between supporting daily needs of the executive, as well as anticipating and quickly resolving problems with a high degree of initiative is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Concur and Ariba is a plus.
  • Previous experience in supporting HR organizations, corporate events or internal event coordination is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,600 -- $174,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
