This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Media Finance team as we continue to build a top-class FP&A team that provides analytics insights, implements changes, and actively drives our rapid top line growth and margin expansion.

You will support the Worldwide SVP of Sales for the Digital Media business, as well as be responsible for the consolidation of the Americas operating expenses for the Sales organization.

This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the Digital Media organization.

The Digital Finance Strategy team is responsible for owning the Digital Media’s budget and financial planning processes, performing financial analyses across the organization, providing financial guidance for business partners to effectively invest, maximizing impact of spend, and investing resources strategically to accelerate our business. This person will not only have the technical skills to support their recommendations, but also strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Maintain our financial model and forecasts to guide Adobe’s Digital Media organization’s long term financial strength by advising on investments in strategic projects to drive accelerated growth
  • Drive annual and quarterly financial planning processes to align with current internal Technology and Commercial roadmaps and external market opportunities
  • Develop key metrics to drive scale and achievement of topline and profitability goals
  • Lead a lean, high-performance team that works cross functionally throughout the Digital Media organization
  • Lead special projects to identify how we can most effectively scale our business long-term, including: designing our growth strategy for new products and markets and assessing the revenue impact of these opportunities
  • Own the sales growth plan to determine how we exceed our ARR goals as efficiently as possible

What you need to succeed:

  • Multinational Organization Experience desirable
  • Positive and “can do” attitude as well as sense of urgency to complete tasks is crucial.
  • Ability to partner with sales teams with credibility, independence, and integrity.
  • Solid understanding of financial fundamentals, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills to articulate key business and financial impacts.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team member who can effectively work with peers across borders and diverse cultures.
  • Someone with a strong understanding of technology sales and experience in gathering and analyzing sales data.
  • Proficiency in Financial Systems and processes including: MS Excel (essential) and PowerBI. TM1, Tableau, Anaplan experience is a plus.
  • Experience in SAAS business model and understanding of related sales analytics, or finance issues is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
  • Professional qualification (CA/CPA/MBA) desirable
  • Minimum of 15 years of FP&A (or related) experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Corporate Development required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,500 -- $287,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
