The opportunity
We are looking to hire a Talent Development Partner to join our Employee Experience team. Talent Development is on a mission to create undeniable business value so that every employee can do their most impactful work.
In this role, you will increase the effectiveness and impact of our people leaders at Adobe. We have a fantastic opportunity to shape the agenda globally; developing and delivering ground-breaking, world-class leadership experiences, that drive impactful change at scale.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading cross-functional, global programs in a fast- paced, matrix environment
- Using instructional design expertise to develop high quality learning solutions
- Build trust and impactful relationships with Sr. Director/VP/SVP level business leaders
- Working across multiple functions and building alignment and agreement for key initiatives
- Implementing a measurement and evaluation strategy
You will work closely with business leaders, Talent Development, Talent Management, Data and Insights, and Employee Communications teams to drive business impact. Using thought leadership, innovation and influence you will develop solutions that solve real business problems.

What you'll do
- Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs
- Lead the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings
- Incorporate a solid understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions
- Work proactively with critical team members, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and continuous improvement of learning solutions
- Cultivate positive relationships with Talent Management, HR Business Partners and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into our leader development strategy
- Design and facilitate meetings and training for the business teams as required
What you need to succeed
- Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness. Including but not limited to: behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, team effectiveness and coaching
- Ability to create relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
- Demonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment
- Human capital or leadership consulting experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leaders
- Proven great teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast -paced environment
- Requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Leadership
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
