Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with global program leadership to ensure alignment and implementation of relevant initiatives and projects.

- Work on strategy and support specific to the region – solving regional specific challenges/requirements/customization

- Pilot models to test hypothesis that might lead to a global rollout (Global Enablement & Quality to be aligned and involved)

- Execute on global programs and delivery on the right experiences

- Participation as a key stakeholder (contributor) in global designs

- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with business objectives and promote employee development.

- Develop a strategy for implementation of training modules, workshops, and other learning initiatives to improve employee skills and knowledge.

- Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor progress, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain quality assurance programs and processes to ensure consistent quality of customer experiences.

- Ensure and drive regional process compliance, perform audits and reduce non-compliances

- Implement a strategy to leverage technology-assisted software to identify opportunities and champion initiatives to improve customer experience.

- Monitor quality metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and track progress.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and quality improvement opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external training and quality partners, ensuring accountability for program implementation across multiple vendor locations.

- Manage a team of training and quality professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in training and development, quality assurance, or a related field. Experience managing similar programs is preferred.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs and quality assurance initiatives across multiple business units.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of professionals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and quality assurance tools is a plus.

- Experience in executing improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean and / or other quality tools.

- Exposure in transactional quality / operational quality and  Knowledge of Sampling Techniques
