A bit more about you

We are hiring for a Sales Operations Manager to join our DMe ANZ Sales Operations team to be based in Sydney. The role requires an experienced Operations professional to act as a trusted advisor to the Regional Sales Leader for ANZ while working closely with the APAC wide DMe Sales Operations team. The role will report to the B2B Sales Operations Leader based in Sydney.

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Leader and other key stakeholders in strategic GTM planning and the day to day running of the ANZ DMe business
  • Assist the Regional Sales Leader, Sales Account Managers, Channel Account Managers and Renewal specialists to be accountable for achieving revenue. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region
  • Drive the weekly and quarterly Forecast and Outlook process using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
  • Manage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requests
  • Partner with the APAC Program Manager in monitoring the adherence to all aspects of Channel Partner programs. Manage channel partner targets and support reseller Ad Hoc incentives and validation on a quarterly basis
  • Assess current business practices and provide innovative ways for improved efficiency and effectiveness
