Do you have a passion for technology, thrive on building relationships and are results driven? Have you ever thought about a career in Sales? If not, you definitely should!

At Adobe, we want to create the next generation of sales professionals, and that starts with you!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying the status of existing customers, through research and conversations with Customer Success Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Operations and Consultants. From this you will indicate the customers' propensity to renew as well as highlight growth potential via upsell and cross sell. This includes review of internal systems to collate insight on product usage, white space analysis, save plan assessments, customer check ins and more. To succeed on our team, you will need to be creative, driven and communicate effectively and efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Support the Account Managers and Sales Specialists to secure the renewal of the contracts of our Digital Experience customers installation base in coordination with the rest of the Adobe Sales Team.

  • Research customer contracts and purchase history in Adobe's various CRM systems in order to support the Sales lead in building timely and accurate forecasting around both retention and growth.

  • Identify insights for expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (upsell & cross-sell), communicating opportunities to closure and/or ensuring that the appropriate account management resources are engaged to enhance the opportunity.

  • Assist in the handling of a pipeline of opportunities and capture the required insights to support Adobe’s ability to consistently forecast and deliver above expectation results.

  • Work in multiple CRM's, creating sales orders to support revenue growth

  • Collaborate and communicate internally between teams, using appropriate guided methods to facilitate the renewal qualification to drive towards a successful renewal.

  • Support evolving sales processes with administrative tasks aimed at improving renewal and account management efficiency

  • Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity.
