  • In conjunction with other relevant teams, update policies, procedures, and guidelines, with a focus on healthcare customers.
  • Assist in key Compliance programs such as Third-Party screening, Conflict of Interest assessment and Gifts and Hospitality evaluation.
  • Conduct control mapping, monitoring, and testing in addition to supporting overall risk management.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a compliance role, with a preference for work in a healthcare-focused company or role
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines
  • Excellent communicator, able to work with diverse groups of people to accomplish objectives
  • Positive, upbeat, hardworking, problem solver with “can-do” personality

  • Experience advising and/or training business partners on compliance, particularly in providing healthcare compliance guidance on fraud, waste and abuse, and federal and state rules and regulations.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and remediating control and process issues and gaps in compliance.
  • Experience in programmatic management of key processes and procedures (e.g., policy and training).
