In this role, you'll be joining the world-class Adobe Express Product Management team to rethink and deliver the future of creativity for all. 

 

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for driving at least one project that will affect Adobe Express’ roadmap around collaboration and creation. You will have the opportunity to partner with designers, engineers, other product managers, and business stakeholders.. Project work may include, but is not limited to:

  • Demonstrate customer compassion. Talk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc. Understand what a customer wants, but also identify their unspoken, unmet needs.

  • Build market expertise through market research and trends research.

  • Demonstrate creative problem solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutions. Test solutions with users. 

  • Outline a summer product roadmap for your areas of responsibility through partnership with engineering and design

  • Drive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition, team assignments, and coordination across parts of Adobe Express and the Adobe system.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • MBA with a bachelor's degree in the field of technology or business, plus 3-5 years of related work experience in a tech company
  • Cross-functional management – You know how to effectively lead across and connect with all roles. You enjoy working collaboratively and excel at communication.

  • Grit – You have proven perseverance toward a lofty goal through serious obstacles and adversity.

  • Resourceful and imaginative – You have an ability to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal. You are the person who always finds a way to get things done.

  • Poise under pressure – Validated ability to make tough decisions, based on logical criteria, under tight time constraints. You remain composed and effective in pressure-ridden scenarios.

  • Strong analytical abilities – An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions

  • Excellent Communication skills – You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.

  • Familiar with social media and creativity trends– You are excited about social media and creation trends and you have strong opinions on where the market is going. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
