The Challenge

As Channel Strategy Lead, you will lead the strategy definition and channel execution plans for the DMe Field Channel Ecosystem. Are you a channel leader, who can tackle evolving challenges and is comfortable operating at a strategic level? Do you have comfort being at the center of the definition and implementation of highly visible channel initiatives? Do you enjoy having ample opportunities to collaborate with teams across Adobe?

What You’ll Do

  • Craft Adobe’s DMe Field partner strategy through a deep understanding of ecosystems leading to new models and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead channel and market analysis work and develop recommendations around strategic partner initiatives.
  • Enable execution of partner strategies that deliver clearly defined objectives and key results.
  • Build the strategies that guides the partner journeys, customer value and global coverage required for success.
  • Persuasively communicate practical strategy recommendations at executive level and across regional leaders and their channel teams.
  • Establish positive relationships with executive leadership teams throughout the channel.
  • Performs quarterly business reviews with key strategic partners to ensure growth and performance targets are being met.
  • Develop and be responsible for a robust operating model ensuring that the channel strategy is implemented and its encouraged impact is realized. Periodically report to Adobe's leadership on the status of the implementation bringing your insights and recommendations on how to continuously improve value creation through the channel.
  • Establish a collaboration network across different Adobe teams being the connector that enables a well-oiled cross-functional channel strategy and execution.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 10+ years of experience working with partners or technology partner strategy consulting.
  • Cross-functional team influence, critical thinking skills
  • Proven willingness to learn and solve new challenges.
  • Ability to develop recommendations and synthesize insights through a data driven approach.
  • Being a self-starter and comfortable operating in highly matrixed and ambiguous professional environments.
  • Familiarity with and regular use of Adobe's products strongly preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,300 -- $247,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
