Position: Director, AWS Partnership

Overview: Adobe Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to lead and manage our global strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and collaboration between Adobe and AWS, two industry leaders in the technology and cloud computing sectors. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the partnership's success and driving mutual business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Adobe's and AWS's business goals and market trends.
  • Cultivate and strengthen executive relationships with key stakeholders at both Adobe and AWS to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Drive revenue growth through joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling efforts, and cross-selling opportunities that leverage the strengths of both companies.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify areas of product integration and innovation that create unique value propositions for customers.
  • Lead negotiation and management of complex contractual agreements and terms to ensure partnership success and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as an internal advocate for the Adobe-AWS partnership, ensuring alignment across various teams within Adobe.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the partnership at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in managing strategic partnerships, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, digital marketing, and enterprise software landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Global mindset and experience working with diverse teams across different geographies.
  • Travel as required to engage with partners, attend industry events, and meet business needs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,900 -- $291,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
