A bit more about you

As the Campaign Operations Specialist for the DX Global Measurement & Operations team, interacting directly with marketing stakeholders to identify new marketing opportunities, execute multi-channel programs and track marketing campaigns to evaluate results. Utilising these results you will provide recommendations for future marketing promotions. In addition, provide further support to the sales and marketing organizations. Working autonomously or with a team, to recommend actions, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. In this role, you will enable the operational capabilities and processes needed to executeintegrated marketingprogramsthat drive engagement and generatepipeline growth!

                       

  • Ensure flawless execution of programs for all marketing assets such as emails, landing pages and automation workflows
  • Empower stakeholders to meet their revenue targets through deep collaboration, strategic consultation and insights generation  
  • Consult stakeholders on audience strategy, message and content alignment, segmentation, privacy, and data governance across paid and owned channels  
  • Responsible for adhering to and communicating automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting  
  • Ensure delivery of best-in-class communications, with a strong eye for user experience, user journey and product alignment
