Job Description

Do you want to be part of Adobe For Education team, defining the future of next gen products in the hands of students and educators? At Adobe, we're on a mission to provide millions of students in India access to curriculum, training of teachers and access to our Gen AI based Adobe Express to build digital literacy and creativity skills to have an impact on learning outcome.

As an experienced education professional, you will play a critical role in deepening and scaling Adobe’s go-to-market strategy for India by implementing projects in close co-ordination with Government and Private schools / higher ed institutions.  You'll have the opportunity to drive proliferation and active use of Adobe Express, influence Government policies, iron out execution challenges, showcase impact aligned to the OKRs defined for the projects. You'll work with cross-functional teams to understand product fitment, messaging, execute plans, drive growth through monitoring active use and adoption of Adobe Express backed by data. We are looking for someone who has a strong background of creating strategy, implementing pan India education projects in K-12 and Higher Education in partnership with Ministry of Education, managing education partners and leading a virtual team to drive results.

Understanding of India’s education and skills landscape along with knowledge of National Education Policy is required for this role.

What you'll Do

• Drive advocacy and messaging of Adobe for Education for implementation of large scale projects in Higher Education and K-12 (Central, State and Private Schools)
• Closely interact and establish relationships with stakeholders at Ministry of Education and Ministry of Skills, Government of India including CBSE, AICTE, NSDC and state education departments.
• Create implementation plans in consultation with cross functional teams at Adobe (Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing and Global Education Business Unit)
• Scale projects while optimizing budgets and resources.
• Expand the network of education partners to drive scale and manage KPIs
• Provide timely analytics including weekly reports, data on adoption and overall project performance reports to seek pro-active support from respective cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and measure critical operating plan metrics to ladder up to quarterly goals.

• Creatively present and execute projects by bringing in innovative ideas and out of box thinking for driving adoption.
• Expand network of partners and enable them to deploy Adobe Express and conduct relevant activities

What you need to succeed

• 10+ years of relevant experience in education and implementation of Government projects
• Strong in developing strategy and managing operations through education channel partners
• Be a trusted partner and champion Adobe solutions as a must have for digital learning in classrooms
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
• Motivated to deliver results.
• Proficient in creating presentations, maintaining documentation, analyzing data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI

Desirable but not Essential

• MBA
• Experience in a leading education technology company or strategy consulting organization
