The Opportunity  

Frame.io enables next generation creative collaboration through one centralized hub; allowing customers to share media, track feedback, and streamline their workflow from anywhere in the world. We are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to provide strategic and operational leadership for our marketing organization. Frame.io Marketing spans across Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, Program Management, and Video Production. Reporting directly to the VP of Frame.io, this leader will work to elevate the Frame.io brand and drive strategy, planning and execution across Frame.io Marketing.

 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and lead a team of outstanding marketers to ensure the success and adoption of Frame.io across new and existing markets

  • Deeply understand our customers and Frame.io’s mission. Translate our roadmap into a data-driven integrated marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue for our teams

  • Build and lead a marketing team concentrating in product marketing, content, and enablement strategies to ensure the right messages are being delivered at the right time

  • Partner with revenue teams to enable go-to-market and ensure we meet our business objectives

  • Identify and streamline demand generation vision and spearhead all functions to carry out innovative marketing strategies to exceed growth goals

  • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives and communicate results with leadership and cross-functional partners

  • Build and own the strategy and roadmap for new market expansion to drive growth and reach customer acquisition goals.

  • Work to enhance Frame.io’s competitive differentiation in our market, and directly contribute to expansion of TAM over the next 3-5 years

  • Pursue non-traditional Marketing approaches to creatively optimize Frame.io’s reach

  • Continuously iterate with a data-driven approach: leverage customer feedback, market research, A/B testing, focus groups, etc

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in full stack marketing leadership at an enterprise SaaS organization

  • A minimum of ten years of marketing experience

  • Deep experience in demand generation and driving ARR growth

  • Expert ability to influence and partner with GTM and product stakeholders

  • Passionate about top notch design and branding

  • Inherently collaborative nature and bias toward partnership. Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment at scale

  • A sense of urgency and the ability to act quickly and decisively

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,500 -- $352,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
