The Opportunity

Adobe Digital experience engineering (Globalization) team is looking for an exceptional developer with a positive outlook, who can thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone with a passion for different languages and cultures. The ideal candidate will be part of a worldwide team creating world-ready software and solutions using the latest technologies and the best of software development tools and processes.

What you will do

• Design and develop modern, responsive, and world ready user interfaces using PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams across geos to develop and implement Internationalization solutions across multiple digital experience products.
• Responsible for multiple phases of engineering - from early specs, design/architecture, technology choice, development, unit-testing/integration automation, and deployment.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing, monitor test results, analyse failures.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end trends and technologies to advocate for best practices in web development and testing

What you need to succeed

• B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and automation.
• Problem solver and an excellent coder with deep understanding of modern JS frameworks and web technologies including React, JavaScript, Redux, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS etc.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, Node, Rails) as well as front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). PHP knowledge is a must
• Experience in developing automation infrastructure and solution for front-end web applications using industry-standard testing frameworks (e.g, Cypress, Playwright etc) and executing functional and non-functional test.
• Expertise in computer science fundamentals, OOPS, Data Structures, Algorithms and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile Development, Microservice design, CI/CD processes etc. and knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, AWS/Azure, Docker, Jenkins, Splunk, Git etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to drive initiative and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Should be able to quickly adapt to new programming paradigms, languages, tools, and problem areas
