Join Our Photoshop Program Management Team

We'd love for you to be part of our dynamic Photoshop program management team. As the Senior Web Program Manager, you'll play a central role in pushing forward the boundaries for Photoshop on the web.

Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will not just manage, you will lead. You'll help nurture a space where creativity thrives and guide our team with best practices in Agile development. Together, we'll dive deep into the exciting challenges and possibilities of expanding Photoshop on the web.

  • Lead Through Uncertainty: Embrace ambiguity, providing direction and clarity amidst change.

What Sets You Apart:

  • BA/BS Degree is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects, showcasing strategic depth and operational finesse.
  • Expertise in Agile, Lean, and Scrum, paired with an innovative approach.
  • A relentless user-centric methodology, emphasizing intuition and actionable feedback.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the proficiency to adapt to the target audience.
  • An inclusive attitude, valuing diverse perspectives and opinions.
  • An inherent curiosity, always seeking inventive solutions and personal growth.
  • Prior experience with web products will be a plus.
  • Background or interest in imaging or photography will be advantageous.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
