  • Possess an informed vision for effective content organizations – people, process, and governance – to help Adobe’s customers align their teams toward business objectives, and recommend roadmaps and component programs to accomplish that vision.
  • Synthesize client findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate for all levels of client leadership.
  • With the UX team, drive discovery, research, and analysis for the role content plays in the overall user experience, identifying and supplying prescriptive design recommendations to improve and deliver value to the customer.
  • Develop strategies and experiences in the following functional areas: content marketing, channel strategy, content assessment, content development and syndication, content operations and velocity, componentizing content and optimizing sites, content creation and asset storage processes.
  • Own the evolution of our content strategy practice by defining and refining internal process, creating reusable templates, and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to negotiate quickly through technical or other challenges during development, in deep partnership with our cross-functional AEM technical team
