Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Adobe Experience Cloud Business based in Munich.

The challenge

The Partner Marketing Manager - Central Region is responsible for developing strategies to market to and with Adobe’s Experience Cloud partner community of digital agencies, systems integrators, and ISVs in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe. A strong marketing and/or partnerships background with a focus on measurement and accountability are key success factors.

The role encompasses strategic joint partner marketing and ownership of the key partner marketing strategies in the Central region. This person will be responsible for partner marketing sourced pipeline and bookings, as well as collaborating with relevant enablement & partner management teams internally to drive partner engagement. This role will report to the Head of Partner Marketing EMEA and work very closely with EMEA Marketing and Partner Teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and events for and with partners in conjunction with the EMEA Partner Team and the regional Partner Sales Management (PSM) teams in alignment with region specific strategies and sales initiatives.

  • Create, select, and maintain partner, partner prospect, and joint prospect data, target groups and lists and together with the partner and the PSMs, identify key target audiences and coverage strategy.

  • Report and communicate the campaign, content and event progress and outputs (new business opportunities and pipeline).

  • Own the budget for the region to execute the campaigns against the plan.

  • Manage all related Internal and External (Priority Partners) stakeholder relationships, communication and expectations for the assigned territories.

  • Build yearly and quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaigns plan for the team and relevant partners.

  • Ensure alignment with the overall region business strategy and plans: Amplify Adobe's Thought Leadership within partner community.

  • Ensure the demand generation plan is delivering the expected pipeline results and be agile to adjust fast and upscale the activities when appropriate.

  • Develop ABM and Exec engagement plans and activities, working closely with field marketing teams.

What's needed to succeed

  • The ability to adapt existing approaches and establish new solutions across a matrix organization. An empathetic leader who can work and navigate within a matrix organisation.

  • Skilled at operating within a large organisation, but entrepreneurial-minded and eager to make an impact as a key member of an agile regional leadership team.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

  • A strong commercial acumen along with analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; data driven approach.

  • Confident communicator with ability to influence peers through collaborative working.

  • BA/BSc Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrable experience working in enterprise marketing, ideally in a marketing technology vendor or Systems Integrator.

  • Partner co-marketing experience.
