The opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

As part of the EMEA Communications team, the experienced Senior Corporate Communications manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies that deliver a unified, compelling and differentiated message, defining and promoting Adobe’s corporate identity and mission.

Managing Adobe’s corporate reputation strategy will be integral to this role, with occasional Brand and CSR campaign responsibilities. We’re looking for a candidate that has integrated communications experience managing campaigns that reach a diverse audience base, spanning C-Suite, technology, creative and consumer audiences. A passion for storytelling is highly desired.

This role will require the ability to develop trusted and collaborative partnerships with external communications teams responsible for corporate, brand purpose and policy & public affairs, both in EMEA and across international markets. The candidate will also have experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across marketing groups, senior executives, and advocacy organisations. 

What you’ll work on:

  • Develop and execute high-profile communications initiatives and campaigns across multiple EMEA markets, liaising with product and local market teams

  • Create corporate thought leadership strategy and story arcs that resonate with a C-Suite and consumer audience  

  • Manage complex press office issues, developing media statements and managing high profile media relationships

  • Identify and develop localised messaging on key corporate themes, trends and conversations, ensuring company messaging and positioning leads with a differentiated and compelling point of view

  • Develop campaigns and assets that resonate and deliver successful results with traditional media and across social media channels

  • Partner with policy and public affairs teams to build effective messages that deliver positive change 

  • Partner with the brand purpose team, managing campaigns and programmes that reflect local societal needs, reaching and engaging a diverse audiences

  • Collaborate across the communications team based out of headquarters and in international markets, ensuring alignment on messaging and supporting business outcomes

  • Manage communications agency, with a focus on delivering successful programmes that support business outcomes

  • Ensure accuracy in EMEA corporate reporting and budgets, making adjustments that have a results-oriented approach 

What you’ll need to succeed:

We’re looking for an experienced communications professional with in-house and/or agency experience and excellent communication, influencing and writing skills. More specifically we’d love to see:

  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues in an easy-to-digest manner

  • Strong organisational and management skills

  • A motivated and energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and high-growth environment

  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

  • Excellent knowledge of public relations and communications principles and practices

  • A results oriented, and insights-led / analytical approach to measurement

  • Experience working with pan-regional teams, with an ability to assess global and local requirements

  • Strong business and national media relationships, with social influencer knowledge to execute integrated campaigns achieving communications goals

  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
