Overview

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

Adobe’s BDR (Business Development Representative) team is responsible for creating net new business pipeline for the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products. As the Enablement Manager of this team, you will be responsible for equipping, enabling and empowering team members with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to be successful. You’ll will work closely with BDR Management, Sales and Marketing alongside the wider Adobe ecosystem to align the BDR organisation with the broader GTM strategies and messaging that is being used to connect with our market.

The Challenge

Adobe’s BDR organisation is a team of highly motivated, energised individuals in the early stages of their career at Adobe. This role is pivotal in not only ensuring they have the solution knowledge & skills capabilities but also ensuring readiness for their career at Adobe. In addition to owning the Enablement Strategy there will be operational requirements to drive the success of the BDR organisation. If you are passionate about helping others achieve success and are effective at coordinating and delivering on that vision this could be the perfect role for you. This role requires you to bring your passion for learning, sales, and technology to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting into the Director, Business Development EMEA you will be responsible for driving the enablement strategy within a key set of Digital Experience products, Soft Skills enablement and onboarding support

  • Be accountable for new hire onboarding, building out or sourcing high impact skills development programs for the ongoing and continued development/upskilling of the EMEA BDR Team  

  • Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (Product Managers, GTM Leads, AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver Solution & Strategy enablement

  • Drive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling through enablement

  • Support in the ongoing Systems enablement for the BDR Team to ensure tools and processes are optimised

  • Review performance data to understand solution enablement requirements

  • Own the BDR structure in our internal tools to drive lead management accuracy and reflect accurate BDR organisation

  • Support and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques

  • Act as ambassador at all times for the BDR's within Adobe

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in lead generation / sales development position preferably B2B

  • 2+ years in sales/business development enablement would be a distinct advantage

  • High-calibre virtual engagement skills. You must be engaging and compelling over virtual platforms ie. Teams, Zoom etc

  • Ability to clearly articulate new methods and skills to team members

  • Confident, positive, upbeat, professional, and team-oriented demeanour

  • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, ability to do multi-task.

  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and handle challenging demands in fast paced environment

  • Ability to interact on a regular basis with management and senior leaders/collaborators

  • Multilingual would be advantageous but not compulsory (German/French)
