The Opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

The Integrated Marketing Analytics team is tasked with analysing marketing campaign performance. In this role, you will manage a team of media analysts and media operation specialists. You will work closely with Integrated Marketing & Media teams in EMEA and with Analysts and Data scientists in the US, to analyse the performance of marketing campaigns – both performance marketing and upper funnel campaigns. You will partner closely with Integrated Marketing & Product Marketing teams to understand the strategy and go deep with our marketing execution partners in Media teams and agencies to develop narratives and insights on campaign performance, with actionable recommendations to drive improvement. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead analysis and reporting on upper funnel paid campaigns, deeply understanding the core strategy, to interpret campaign results 

  • Drive weekly campaign performance narratives across upper funnel and performance marketing campaigns, reporting into executives on campaign performance in EMEA & Global teams

  • Influence senior executives in marketing with a focus on the top countries and products, to come up with full funnel approaches to driving growth through marketing

  • Drive core areas of planning and forecasting for visits, orders and other key metrics for paid media and marketing campaigns

  • Work with agencies and marketing teams on developing forward looking marketing measurement frameworks like brand lift or other forms of understanding campaign performance 

  • Work closely with teams in US who specialize in Marketing Mix Modelling, to interpret campaign performance and provide feedback for quarterly media planning 

  • Build strong relationships with regional insights team and with teams in HQ who develop models, both understand the interpretation of those models and feeding back on where EMEA aspects need to be considered 

  • Ability to provide clarity to EMEA stakeholders on how our measurement frameworks work 

  • Experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and able to constructively manage expectations and set the priorities for the insights team in region. 

  • Be an expert on Adobe Analytics, using that data to drive insights on campaign performance like user journey analysis 

  • Drive aligned on narratives for campaign performance, tied to business performance through campaigns reports, insights and OKRs. 

  • Managing running the business through quarterly spend forecasts, target setting for performance marketing campaigns and weekly reporting 

  • Prioritize marketing analytics resources by understanding the business needs and insights for driving growth 

  • Design experiments to help measure campaigns like match market tests or publisher tests 

What you need to succeed:
 

  • Significant senior level experience in marketing strategy & marketing analytics, driving paid media measurement for large B2C brands 

  • Proven experience in leading and growing analytics teams 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven track record to articulate strategy and insights at every level of the company 

  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics, especially in the areas of Adobe Analytics, audience insights, targeting and personalization. 

  • Strong analytical skills including trend analysis, opportunity sizing, A/B test read and impact assessment. SQL skills preferred. 

  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and work with cross-functional teams.
