This Opportunity

Adobe has a world-class support organization to create the best-in-breed support experiences across Adobe’s Creative and Document Clouds. Our Adobe Support Plan supports these experiences with services that drive long-term customer success. Our team is re-inventing how these offerings come together as a single source of truth for Adobe customers, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to help build and maintain our reporting infrastructure and analyze financial details.

What you'll do

  • Manage multiple diverse data streams to surface insights into the sales performance of the Support Plans.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations of business across multiple financial metrics
  • Deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize the Support Plan business data and create compelling business cases to evolve the Adobe Support Plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership, customer support, finance, and sales on the execution and delivery of new visualizations
  • Deliver results through others by providing them context and support to meet their objectives

What is needed for success

  • 3-5 years of full-time work experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects
  • Experience with data systems like MSSQL, SFDC, Databricks, and visualization packages like PowerBI and Tableau
  • Knowledge of Financial Metrics like ASV, ARR, COGS, and Margin with proven expertise in crafting business and financial models
  • Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
  • Consistent track record in independently driving initiatives end-to-end
  • Articulate and persuasive while able to listen and incorporate the perspectives of others

Preferred

  • A College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in Sales Operations with a passion for customer success
  • An orientation for execution with a strong process and metrics focus
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills as you'll be interacting across product, finance, marketing, and support leaders at various levels
