The Opportunity 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly visible Digital Experience (DX) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data focused analysis and provide influential insights. You will partner with senior engineering and product leaders to implement FinOps practices, to optimize cloud spend and drive profitability. 

What You Will Do: 

As part of a fast paced, highly visible and dynamic finance team you will:

• Drive high impact and strategic track around product and customer profitability and cutting-edge technologies like Gen AI.

• Be responsible for driving annual target setting and quarterly management of the Cloud Spend; end to end ownership of all aspects that drive Cloud spend.

• Be part of a highly visible workstream with senior management and C-suite execs around the most strategic workstream around driving Cloud Spend optimization.

• Partner with Engineering, understand technical aspects, develop analytical models, employ your expertise in financial modeling to influence critical decisions. 

• Lead and inspire an experienced team, providing mentorship and guidance to unleash their full potential. Develop a collaborative and high-performance work environment where your experience will have a ripple effect on the team's achievements. 

Who You Are: 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, a go-getter, problem solver and a leader.

• MBA or comparable.
• The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution.
• Attention to detail balanced with looking at the big picture
• Being able to work with technical teams, go deep into understanding engineering concepts, develop insights and find solutions
• Excellent presentation, communication and business partnering skills 
• Strong EQ and leadership ability.
• A background in strategy consulting, investment banking, P&L roles, analytical and leadership roles, cloud experience are all big pluses.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,600 -- $239,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
