The Opportunity
The Sr Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to three Senior Directors in Adobe Experience Cloud product management and marketing who drive strategy and go to market efforts for Adobe's customer experience management offerings. The successful candidates will have a history as a committed and effective administrative professional with a preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and meeting management. Schedule meetings, conference rooms, presentation equipment & catering.
- Work across Adobe on behalf of executives by collaborating with other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants to provide coordinated support to the various leaders
- Ad-hoc requests to support the teams including event management, i.e. coordinating customer meetings, social and team building activities, onsite coordination)
- Travel planning & support -- domestic & international
- Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices and PO handling
- Coordinate assistance with office space, equipment, software, office issues and events
- Create, edit and manage presentations and documents as required
- Juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the strategic
- Work effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups with a can-do attitude
- Treat colleagues and customers in a manner which demonstrates integrity, honesty and fairness
- Adapt to the dynamic environment and embrace new challenges
Requirements & needed skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or similar position
- Successful candidate will be assertive, motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize and apply sound judgment.
- Great teammate who partners well, develops & preserves positive relationships across org(s) while juggling multiple/complex demands in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate organization, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effectiveness with a minimum of direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and accessible. Available in the office during normal working hours and available out of hours, as needed
- Work well cross-functionally, in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner.
- Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow-through.
- Use the utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential material
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (email, calendaring), and willing to learn new technologies
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
