The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our experienced software design team. As a member of the Field Tech BI, Product & Ops team, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver change, serving in a role that supports multiple, large business functions worldwide. You will drive successful completion and adoption of accurate, intuitive, and visually appealing products. You will also work closely with Business analysts to understand the design specifications and translate the requirements into user stories for development teams.

What you'll Do

  • Implement approved roadmap initiatives from start to finish.
  • Transform MVP initiatives into prioritized features and functions with detailed requirements in user stories to represent business needs.
  • Document processes, track development progress, and demo solutions for approval.
  • Own and complete User and Production Acceptance Testing to validate end-to-end systems and processes.
  • Stays abreast of evolving business and user needs to proactively identify/recommend opportunities to enhance business processes.
  • Drive resolution of risks and issues as they arrive.
  • Represent business’s current problems & gaps that are not addressed within existing roadmap.
  • Leverage Business Change Management partnership to drive clear communication and build relationships with partners and business process owners.
  • Collaborate with business professionals, application developers, architects, and technical staff in an Agile process environment.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with Product Management, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability of delivering intuitive products that improve the end user experience and drive adoption.
  • Must have ability to ask good questions for understanding business needs and clearly explain technical concepts and analysis implications to a wide audience.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of self-management and commitment to delivery timelines.
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do style.
  • Possesses a collaborative working style; comfortable working independently and multi-functionally in a geographically distributed matrix organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Development experience building or designing Reports and Dashboards using BI reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, etc.
  • Sales modeling experience using planning tools like Anaplan.
  • SaaS, Tech and/or Sales Ops business knowledge.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be detail oriented.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,800 -- $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
