Using Adobe technologies and a little bit of science, you will join the Adobe Acrobat Reader global growth squad to provide QA for optimization (A/B Testing) and personalized experiences. Candidates are strategic and analytical, have strong end-to-end project management skills, and a pragmatic sense for how to get things done quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • The QA technician will provide quality assurance for optimal customer experience by ensuring development meets Adobe’s high standards for content display and functionality. This includes validating all elements: buttons, links, graphics, page layouts and e-commerce functionality.
  • Frequently communicate with team members and provide proactive feedback and error logging.
  • Think creatively when proposing solutions to problems.
  • The candidate must be self-driven and able to work with rapidly evolving requirements while maintaining a high level of competence and professionalism and balancing multiple requests.
  • Work with team members to implement QA automation and test planning/scripting.

What You need to Succeed

  • Solid understanding of Web based project test methodology, test environments, bug life cycle, and frequent code release deployment QA support.
  • Fundamental understanding of Client based development methodology, test environments, bug life cycle, installation troubleshooting, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Web presentation layer, business and data access layers and interactions.
  • Proven knowledge of common desktop and mobile browser technology.
  • Experience working with highly trafficked, scalable Web and Desktop applications.
  • Able to quickly understand and interpret design and technical specifications to provide QA time estimates and identify and communicatee early red flags to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to adjust and respond to scheduling and/or technical changes, with the ability to analyze and communicate any increased risks and/or testing considerations resulting from such changes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Great teammate who enjoys collaborating with global teams.
  • Track record of consistent delivery and execution
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Desired Experience

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), or Adobe Target.
  • Experience in Jenkins, Selenium, or similar CI/CD and automation tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $201,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
