The Opportunity

Adobe is building a global Corporate Risk and Insurance team, and we are looking for an Insurance Analyst to join our Corporate Risk Management team within Treasury! As a member of the Corporate Risk team, you will be responsible for partnering closely with strategic and operational business leaders to mitigate and manage risk across the organization.

This position will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Risk in the Treasury Department.

Responsibilities – include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for business insurance renewals, including the negotiation of insurance placement, prepare renewal applications and submission for assigned lines of coverage.
  • Review policy terms & conditions and quotes; make recommendations on appropriate coverage, insurance limits and retention levels.
  • Handle claim related activities for the assigned lines of coverage; collaborate closely with legal and internal business group on all claim related matters.
  • Communicates and escalates insurance claims and risks quickly and efficiently across the organization.
  • Handle third-party providers (including brokers, underwriters, and third-party administrators)
  • Manage internal company relationships related to assigned insurance programs.
  • Review contractual insurance requirements and make recommendations on appropriate insurance language to various business units.
  • Handle incoming certificate of insurance requests.

  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Prior work experience in a Corporate Risk Management environment desired

Desired Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree, equivalent years of experience and/or professional designation (ARM/CRM)
  • Minimum 5+ years Insurance Risk Management experience
  • Experience in high-tech or software industry preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $71,400 -- $152,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
