The Opportunity

The SEO team is looking for a Sr. SEO Manager for Adobe’s Experience Cloud, which is one of the leading B2B offerings provided globally. Become an integral part of the team that focuses on making Business.Adobe.com an extraordinary experience for all site visitors – from consumers to enterprise customers, to partners and investors – across the entire customer journey.

We are looking for an experienced SEO expert who is a self-starter, an effective communicator, and proficient storyteller. The right candidate will be at the forefront of redefining the SEO program and taking it to new heights with innovation, creativity and a growth mindset. Working in close partnership with product, program management, design studio, content publishing, marketing, agencies, regional and engineering teams. This position will help drive strategy, key initiatives and roadmap for organic search projects to deliver innovative experiences for our customers.

What you'll Do

  • Define and implement a strategic content roadmap for Experience Cloud on the Business.Adobe.com blog.
  • A successful person in this role will have effective interpersonal skills, an understanding of intent frameworks and a real passion for SEO.
  • Lead and educate the business on SEO best practices, keyword research processes and opportunity analyses backed by data and forecasts.
  • A hardworking, creative self-starter with validated ability to successfully drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Balance several initiatives efficiently in parallel and shift priorities as needed.
  • Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis.
  • Educate product, design and development teams and partners on current industry trends, SEO and content methodologies
  • Have a clear point of view and be able to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers.
  • Provide periodic and regular updates to team members & key partners on project status, timelines, and results.
  • Keep up with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscape

What you need to succeed

  • Ideally 7+ years of SEO experience; minimum 4 years at least across major search engines.
  • Understanding of B2B e-commerce strategy, marketing tactics and sales process.
  • You are comfortable using data for both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with strong project management capabilities. Capable of prioritizing multiple ad hoc requests.
  • Must have experience with enterprise websites, cultures, and work environments
  • Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, to glean valuable insights and findings from data.
  • Experience with SEO testing for content effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve business outcomes (e.g., traffic goals, page performance, search rankings, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate ideas in SEO documentation and setting standards for rolling out content onto the website. Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an always evolving search industry.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,700 -- $183,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
