We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Senior Channel Account Manager, Nordics to join our digital media business based in Sweden/Denmark.

Our digital media (DMe) channel business represents 70% of our EMEA DMe revenue which is HUGE. That means that this role directly contributes to one of the most strategically meaningful areas within Adobe. And a meaningful career comes with happiness and opportunity.

What you’ll do:

  • As a Senior Channel Account Manager, you are overall responsible to drive growth in terms of sales revenue.
  • You will lead your virtual team of local CAMs; ensure they are creating plans and strategies in their territory whilst also executing the overall EMEA plan
  • A key task is to create and track a joint annual business plan, which is updated quarterly, then replicate that overall plan across all entities with the support of the local CAMs ensuring they have strategies and tactics for:
  • Growth of net new customers
  • Maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue – including cross sell, upsell and renewals.
  • Leveraging Adobe marketing programs including marketing development funds spend to maximize revenue gain.
  • Review, analyze and understand current and past trends in key performance including all areas of sales to highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance.
  • You are accountable for developing and maintaining a pipeline of net new opportunities and maintain a high level of recurring renewal business to (over)achieve your quarterly sales quotas.
  • You will engage with the stakeholders across Adobe, including, GTM, sales operations and marketing etc. to drive the reseller business forward, focus on priorities and deliver an amazing partner experience that ultimately grows Adobe’s channel business.
  • Build effective partner relationships at all levels, including C-levels, to yield influence in the organization.
  • Engage the product specialist teams to support with customer sales conversations where necessary and requested by their reseller network.

What you´ll need to succeed:

  • Excellent leadership skills that help you drive business through others & ability to collaborate across internal and partner organizations.
  • Strategic business planning skills and ability to hold oneself and other stakeholders accountable for actions.
  • Proven track record of being able to make things happen in a cross functional environment.
  • You need to have a growth mindset; looking to see possibilities and opportunities not limitations and always looking for ways to learn new skills to develop yourself.
  • Proven success in engaging with executives, VP and/or "C" level as well as excellent networking ability & self-motivated and disciplined approach.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in a Nordics language and English language skills
