Adobe’s Photoshop team is looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager in Noida or Bangalore to help create the imaging tools of the future. You have solid experience with product management tools and techniques, including data and analytics and are accustomed to delivering solutions under ambiguous requirements.

• Work within the core team to Identify new areas for product development by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive gaps
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, artists, researchers, incorporating their feedback into the product definition process.
• Define and champion product vision both internally and externally
• Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product road map
• Inspire and collaborate with engineering teams, marketing, support and partners to deliver the right product to the market.
• Own progress of the product(s) through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed
• Work closely with customers to refine product concepts to ensure customer success and adoption
• Own key metrics to monitor the business objectives and present business reviews to senior management
• Deliver creative presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value
• Review marketing messages and demo scripts and assets

• Proven ability to assess market trends, identify customer problems, analyze new opportunities, and define product requirements to deliver successful products preferably in the consumer software products space.
• Passionate about improving how creative people work, enabling them to be successful within cutting-edge digital mediums.
• Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.
• Deep understanding of agile software development practices within a large team environment
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills; proven record of working across teams with geographically remote team members
• Obsession for great user experiences and proven track record of working with design teams from ideation to delivery
• 6-8 years of product management experience
• BS in Engineering and MBA from a reputable institute
• Knowledge of design software like Illustrator, Photoshop is highly desirable
