Adobe Cloud Platforms & Collaboration (ACPC) Group is building a highly scalable and available Content Platform for Adobe SaaS offerings, running on Amazon AWS. We're pushing the future of SaaS development by leveraging and building the latest technology and design thinking.

Our talented team of developers are building highly available, low latency, cloud scale foundation components such as Cache, Storage, Database (SQL and NoSQL), Queuing, Pub-Sub etc. to create one standard to develop, deploy, operate and govern Adobe SaaS solutions on multiple clouds catering to millions of requests every day. We love writing software We love solving complex problems by simple and elegant designs We are currently building the platform using modern container orchestration technologies We are taking a long term architecture approach in building this platform so that it supports the current and future needs of all Adobe services (100’s of them) We use best-in class supporting tools like GitHub, Slack and whatever else makes us productive We incrementally adapt our processes to fit our needs We trust each other to do their job exceptionally well.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for below

Responsibilities

  • Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering requested information, writing, and developing code, conducting unit testing.

  • Collaborating with project team and cross functional teams.

  • Identifying short- and long-term solutions, providing feedback for proposed solutions. Performing design and code reviews of changes.

  • Create software design and architecture for next software solution. This will be your channel to communicate your ideas with rest of the team.

  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area

  • 6+ years' experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

  • You're experienced in Java/ C# language (OOPs Concepts)

  • Experience building and deploying APIs and applications (large scalable systems)

  • Ability to lead our technical relationship with partners and mentors a team of developers.

  • Experience with a containerization technology

  • Microservices: Strong Java, Spring boot, other framework

  • Well versed in CI/CD
